Full job description

Valley View's Sleep Medicine Department is in need of a full-time Coordinator, to assist with mainly processing intake orders in addition to patient scheduling and insurance verification.  Provide education to patients on use of HST equipment and ensure equipment fits properly at pickup. Educate patients on home and in-lab sleep studies, procedures, duration and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Background in customer service with impeccable phone etiquette.

  • Medical office and billing experience is preferred.

  • Must be able to work independently.

  • Must be a team player
