Job Duties
Responsible for controlling activities of Processing Solutions & Equipment (PSE) Production Centre. Serve as the business partner for Factory Management, applying to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) with an active role on Continuous Improvement (WCM) steering committees. Responsible for collection and analysis of factory performance data, product costing, and investments, including all relevant KPI including variance analysis, to drive internal control monitoring in the factory and recommend improvement actions. Set target product cost with relevant stakeholders, enabling pricing decisions. Coordinate yearly budget, Forecast (FC), and 3 Year Planning (3YP). Represent costs in the local Focus Improvement (FI) pillar and promote and improve loss cost matrix tool. Responsible for timely and accurate stock and asset management for specific factories. Conduct investment analysis and follow up, including related business cases. Ensure compliance with group reporting and local legal and tax requirements. Drive internal monitoring and control.
Minimum Education Required
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and 7 years of experience in accounting.

Must also have work experience in:

5 years of experience in plant/business controlling position;

Planning & forecasting (short and mid-term) on expenses, profit & loss, and product cost;

Standard cost and variance analysis principle;

Reporting Principles;

SAP R/3, BI, and Power BI;

Capex principles, specifically capital expenditure; and
-
Financial inventory management process.
