Como Practicante Universitario en el área de Legal serás responsable de Analizar precedentes, redactar y actualizar seguimientos a normatividad, actas de órganos sociales, entre otras funciones del área en cuestión.

Requirements

  • Actualización legislativa y seguimiento a normatividad relevante en Latino américa.
  • Redacción de Actas de órganos sociales y registros corporativos de la compañía.
  • Prepara y proyecta demandas y respuestas a demandas.
  • Asistencia a audiencias y procesos judiciales/administrativos.
  • Análisis de precedentes y líneas jurisprudenciales.
