About the location:

Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. Situated at the heart of the Cotai Strip, the hotel provides an elegant oasis with elite entertainment, high-end shopping, world-class dining, and the indulgent pampering that defines Four Seasons.

About the role: Greet members/guests and properly orientate them to the locker room area. Provide quality service and maintain a clean and well-stocked locker room. Adhere to and enforce all locker rooms rules and etiquette.

What you will do:

  • Set-up and maintain spa including locker rooms, vitality lounges, prep rooms, treatment rooms and waiting areas

  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services

  • Assist as best possible, guests wishing to make spa reservation and if necessary asking the appropriate person for assistance

  • Ensure an adequate supply of all member/guests supplies and amenities throughout the locker room area and ensure immaculate presentation of these items

  • Ensure compliance of daily, and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of locker rooms are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation and repair of all locker room equipment

What you bring

  • A minimum of a High School or equivalent education

  • Conversational skills of English and Cantonese/Mandarin languages related with their jobs

  • Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred

  • Pleasant and caring attitude toward the guest

  • Able to work flexible hours
