The Cost Engineer assists and supports the project team with estimating, budget management, subcontractor pricing and lean project strategy implementation. The position works under direct supervision, gathers and distributes information and reports directly to the Preconstruction Director or Project Manager. The Cost Engineer must be a team player and have strong organizational and accounting skills.

Cost Engineer Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent math skills;

  • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products;

  • Minimum 2 years of construction or professional experience;

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent required or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.
