The Quality Inspector is responsible to ensure products and incoming materials meet applicable contract, drawings, specifications, and written requirements per inspection instructions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performs final visual and dimensional inspections of products
-
Inspects incoming materials and parts from suppliers to ensure they conform to specifications
-
Dispositions product according to written procedures and work instructions
-
Maintains inventory location and status via barcode scanning and electronic database
-
Maintains and updates documentation of records via FilePro, written documentation and spreadsheets
-
Assists and performs sort activities (internal / external)
-
Communication with Quality Engineers, Supervisors and Cell Leads
-
Any other task assigned by manager
Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
-
Strong communication skills
-
IPC-A-610 Certified
-
IPC-A-620 Certified
-
J-STD-001 Certified
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Ability to read and interpret drawings
-
Ability to use a microscope and handheld gages
-
Ability to work independently and as a team
-
Ability to lift to 40 pounds, occasionally
-
Willing to work overtime as needed
-
Ability to pass a Visual Acuity exam
