🚀Construction Manager 5 | Columbus, OH

Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization , is seeking a Construction Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Management team supporting critical infrastructure and data center projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager 5

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $87.03 - $93.73/hour

🔍 What’s the Job?

  • Coordinate and oversee heavy civil and critical infrastructure construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

  • Review construction drawings, manage project costs and schedules, and ensure quality standards are met.

  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, safety, environmental, and project stakeholders to drive successful project execution.

  • Identify project risks, provide solutions, and keep leadership informed while working independently.

  • Review contracts, cost estimates, and project documentation to ensure successful delivery.

What’s Needed?

  • 10+ years of construction management experience, including heavy civil projects and Data Center/Critical Infrastructure experience.

  • Strong experience managing project cost, schedules, and reviewing/interpreting construction drawings.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and lead cross-functional teams.

  • PMP, PMI, or CCM certification is preferred.
