Preferred (not required): Cloud Technologies, Outage Management Systems, Digital Transformation, and Assessing Emerging Technologies.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support a leading electric utility serving Indiana and Ohio. This is a highly visible role that operates at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution, helping guide the organization's digital transformation across platforms including SAP, cloud technologies, GIS, outage management systems, and other critical utility applications.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate challenges, define solutions, and establish a strategic roadmap for enterprise systems. Unlike a traditional architect role that focuses solely on strategy, this position requires a hands-on leader who can dive into technical details, influence solution design, and help drive implementation efforts through to successful outcomes.
This individual will play a key role in assessing emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation, and ensuring technology investments align with long-term business objectives. Success in this role requires both the ability to think strategically about the future-state architecture and the willingness to work alongside delivery teams to make that vision a reality.
