This role involves developing and implementing production process technologies, identifying and resolving process problems, and implementing Lean improvements. The engineer will also create and update process documentation, collaborate with various departments, and participate in new process and product implementations.

Successful candidates bring 3+ Years Production Experience. Important skills include Analiza I Optymalizacja Procesów Montażowych, Opracowywanie I Wdrażanie Technologii Procesu Produkcyjnego, Identyfikowanie Problemów Procesowych, Root Cause Analysis, Działania Korygujące I Zapobiegawcze, and Wdrażanie Usprawnień Lean. Preferred (not required): PFMEA, Control Plan, ERP/MES, and Język Angielski Na Poziomie Komunikatywnym.

Job Description:
Zakres obowiązków:
Analiza i optymalizacja procesów montażowych (assembly) w celu zwiększenia efektywności, jakości i przepustowości
Opracowywanie oraz wdrażanie technologii procesu produkcyjnego
Identyfikowanie problemów procesowych i ich skuteczne rozwiązywanie (root cause analysis, działania korygujące i zapobiegawcze)
Wdrażanie usprawnień lean (np. eliminacja marnotrawstw, skracanie czasu przepływu, balansowanie linii)
Tworzenie i aktualizacja dokumentacji procesowej (instrukcje pracy, PFMEA, flow, standardy)
Współpraca z działami: produkcja, jakość, utrzymanie ruchu oraz R&D
Udział w uruchomieniach nowych procesów i wdrożeniach nowych produktów (NPI)
Analiza danych procesowych i monitorowanie KPI
Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w środowisku produkcyjnym (preferowane assembly)
Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu procesów montażowych i technologii produkcji
Doświadczenie w analizie procesów oraz rozwiązywaniu problemów (np. 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa)
Znajomość narzędzi Lean Manufacturing (np. VSM, Kaizen, SMED, 5S)
Umiejętność identyfikowania i wdrażania usprawnień skracających przepływ procesu
Umiejętność czytania dokumentacji technicznej
Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (w szczególności Excel)
Komunikatywność i umiejętność pracy zespołowej
Mile widziane:
Znajomość PFMEA, Control Plan
Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami ERP/MES
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym
Doświadczenie w automatyzacji lub półautomatycznych procesach montażowych
