KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, Global Alliance, Microsoft to join our KPMG International organization.

Responsibilities:

Define and lead the global Microsoft go to market strategy, aligning platform priorities to KPMG sector and solution growth areas

Translate Microsoft platform capabilities into clear, sellable and differentiated solutions that drive client impact and revenue growth

Shape and support strategic deals and priority pursuits, strengthening Microsoft positioning in large transformation opportunities

Drive execution across member firms, ensuring consistent adoption of scalable solutions and alignment to global priorities

Build strong senior relationships with Microsoft to align on roadmap, investment priorities and joint growth strategy

Lead cross alliance and ecosystem integration, aligning Microsoft with other priority platforms to enable end to end client solutions

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum fifteen years of recent experience leading Microsoft, cloud, platform or strategic alliance go to market strategies within global consulting, technology or alliance environments

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, technology or a related field, or twenty years of equivalent work experience in leading Microsoft cloud or strategic alliance strategies

Proven track record of driving revenue growth through scalable, technology enabled solutions across multiple markets

Strong understanding of Cloud, Data, AI and Security platforms, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes

Experience operating across complex, global organizations, aligning teams and driving execution at scale, with strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
