Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring building systems and infrastructure remain fully operational and production-ready.

Manage and maintain critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, compressed air, and other essential utilities.

Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors, ensuring all services meet B+S quality and performance standards.

Maintain and monitor site security systems, access controls, and overall safety compliance.

Partner closely with production, assembly, and quality teams to support facility-related needs and minimize operational disruptions.

Lead small-scale infrastructure projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Ensure full compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and fire safety standards.

Maintain accurate facility documentation, preventative maintenance schedules, and reporting metrics.
