Powder Coat Paint Hanger – Manufacturing Opportunity

$20.00/hr | 4-Day Work Week | Overtime Available

We are currently hiring a Powder Coat Paint Hanger to support our manufacturing and finishing operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys active work and being part of a team.

In this role, you will prepare metal parts for the powder coating process by properly hanging materials on the production line to ensure an efficient and high-quality finishing process.

What You'll Do

  • Hang metal parts and components onto the powder coating line for finishing

  • Ensure parts are positioned correctly for proper paint coverage

  • Remove finished parts from racks once coating is complete

  • Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Work with the production team to maintain steady workflow and meet daily production goals

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 10–30 lbs regularly (team lifting required for heavier parts)

  • Ability to stand and remain active for up to 10-hour shifts

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Schedule

Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week :

Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Fridays: Overtime may be available based on production needs

Pay

$19.00 – $20.00 per hour , depending on experience

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred

  • Experience with powder coating or paint line operations is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
