Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential property in the Fenway area of Boston, MA. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:

• Completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping.

• Weekly trash removal duties.

• Custodial duties for common areas and groundskeeping.

• Providing access to contractors and supervising their work.

• Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff.

The work hours for this position are 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday with on-call availability required.

Your Qualifications:

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.

• Knowledge of general apartment repair and previous experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required.

• Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is preferred.

• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Pay Range: $26-30/hour depending on previous experience.
