Beacon Hill Financial is working with a CPG company in Secaucus, NJ to bring an FP&A Manager to their team. This individual will provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership through financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Analyze financial and operational results, including revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, investments, working capital, and other key performance metrics.
Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc management reports, dashboards, graphs, and presentations for senior leadership.
Monitor and analyze budget-to-actual performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends that impact financial results.
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to evaluate operational performance and support financial planning activities.
