Description

Reports to the Assistant Director of Workforce Development Operations;

Examples of Duties

  • Provides instruction as directed and uses effective teaching methods

  • Measures student learning outcomes and progress

  • Establishes academic goals and objectives for student success

  • Monitors daily sign-in sheets and other required documentation

  • Works with Program Coordinator/Manager on required reports

  • Works with other Atlantic Cape departments to meet program objectives

  • Attends staff meetings as assigned

  • Related duties as assigned

Typical Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years as a table games dealer

  • 5 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office

Supplemental Information

This is a part-time position working up to 26 hours per week.

This position may require flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, and duties at any Atlantic Cape location or at locations in Atlantic or Cape May Counties

Paid sick leave in accordance with NJ Sick Leave Law

Defined Contribution Retirement Program (DCRP) (https://www.nj.gov/treasury/pensions/pension-active-dcrp.shtml)

Eligible part-time employees will be enrolled into the DCRP (Defined Contribution Retirement Plan) pension (https://www.nj.gov/treasury/pensions/pension-active-dcrp.shtml) . Employees contribute 5% of their base salary and the college contributes 3% of base salary. Investment options are managed through Prudential Retirement. Life insurance benefits through DCRP are payable to the beneficiary at 1.5X the member's salary.
