Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer-facing web and mobile applications.
• Develop internal operations tools and workflows to improve business efficiency.
• Own features end-to-end from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
• Work closely with the CEO and business teams to translate ideas into products.
• Design scalable backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Experiment rapidly, iterate based on customer feedback, and ship frequently.
• Contribute to product decisions and help shape the engineering culture.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong fundamentals in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience building APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action.
• Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset.

Good To Have

• Experience working at a D2C, e-commerce, or consumer internet company.
• Experience building customer-facing products with close attention to UX.
• Exposure to mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, or native technologies).
• Startup experience or having worked in small, high-ownership teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and solving problems from first principles.
• Obsessed with building products that customers love.
• Someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownership beyond engineering.
• Excited about working directly with founders and making a visible impact.
