Branch Manager - Construction Equipment Dealership

Description

ICM Solutions is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Branch Manager to lead operations at our Phoenix, AZ construction equipment dealership. As a rapidly growing equipment dealer serving the mining, aggregates, and paving industries throughout the Mountain West, ICM offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while helping customers maximize equipment uptime and productivity. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all branch operations with responsibility for safety, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, operational performance, and profitability.

  • Direct and support Parts and Service teams, creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.

  • Recruit, coach, develop, and retain employees while establishing clear expectations and performance standards.

  • Oversee shop and field service operations to ensure timely, high-quality repairs that maximize customer uptime.

  • Manage service scheduling, technician workload, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and responsiveness.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns, building strong relationships and ensuring successful resolutions.

  • Oversee parts operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and parts availability to support customer and business needs.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Rental, and Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and support overall business growth.

  • Drive operational improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure the branch maintains high standards for safety, organization, facility appearance, and operational excellence.

  • Support rental fleet readiness through repair coordination, inspections, and equipment preparation.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree (preferred but not required)

  • 7+ years of direct managerial and team building skills experience

  • Ability to recruit, train, manage, and mentor a high-functioning and effective team

  • Demonstrated ability as a self-starter, motivated, and results driven to act independently and with minimal direction

  • Ability to think critically to solve problems in a complex work environment with urgency and agility

  • Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Financial literacy and business acumen

  • Proficient in Windows, Microsoft applications, and related business systems
