What You Get To Do
- Maintain department payroll, ambassador, purchasing, and administrative files
- Manage office machinery, i.e., copiers, printers, fax machines, and computers
- Prepare requisitions, track orders, process invoice and payment documentation, verify coding, follow up on approvals, and maintain vendor setup and related records
- Assist with contract administration by organizing agreements, tracking key dates and renewals, routing documents for review and signature, and maintaining contract files
- Assist with preparing and processing revenue adjustment entries and related supporting documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to address order, billing, service, and documentation issues in a timely manner
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Input large amounts of data
- Maintain, process, and control confidential files and records
- Perform other duties as assigned What It Takes to Succeed
- Must have at least 3 years of related experience
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to multitask and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds
- Must be able to work indoors with or without AC for the entire shift
- Must be available to work varying shifts/hours based on business needs, including opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays
- Office experience and knowledge of the organization preferred
Compensation: 15.00 USD
