Orange County Firm Seeks Estate Planning Paralegal: NO BILLABLES

Established and highly respected Orange County law firm seeks an Estate Planning Paralegal to join its sophisticated trusts and estates practice. This well-known regional firm has served clients for decades and maintains a strong reputation for handling high-level matters across multiple practice areas.

Estate Planning Paralegal Responsibilities: 50% Estate Planning & 50% Trust Administration

  • Draft revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, trust amendments, trust restatements, certifications of trust, and related estate planning documents.

  • Prepare trust funding documentation and assist with asset transfers involving real property, business interests, and financial accounts.

  • Prepare and record deeds, including grant deeds, quitclaim deeds, and transfer deeds.

  • Assist with trust administration matters, including trustee acceptance documents, beneficiary notifications, and administration checklists.

  • Track trust administration deadlines and compliance requirements.

Hours: NO BILLABLE HOUR REQUIREMENT

  • 40-hour work week (no overtime)
