Job Description

The Opportunity:

Under limited supervision, Responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending candidates as well as onboarding new hires. Identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the managers, identify potential "fit" through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience. Represent the company at recruiting events. Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner is a pivotal role to our success. Working in partnership with the business you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing crucial talent for our organization. Avantor's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a talented, customer focused Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner with strong direct sourcing experience. The successful candidate will utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting, and tracking against metrics while prioritizing to meet hiring targets.

This role will support the North America Commercial Sales business and is remote opportunity.

What we're looking for:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology preferred or equivalent experience preferred

Experience: 5 plus years of experience managing full life cycle Talent Acquisition process in a corporate and/or professional search firm, and/or sourcing experience required; Workday or similar ATS experience preferred

Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Teams experience preferred

Certifications: HR relevant certifications such as PHR/SPHR, Diversity and Inclusion certifications preferred

Language:Spanish fluency preferred

Provide efficiency to the talent acquisition process and expertise in stakeholder management

Offer continuous improvement by executing simplification

Deliver high impact results

Pay Transparency:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$78,000.00 - $125,350.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
