  • Provide IT support to internal users, ensuring service excellence

  • Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, thin clients, and related hardware

  • Track and maintain device and software inventory throughout lifecycle

  • Executes system updates, changes, and decommissions following change management protocols

  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues, escalating when necessary

  • Contribute to process improvements using data, metrics, and Lean methodologies

  • Participate in root cause investigations and implement corrective actions

  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity practices and report any vulnerabilities or incidents

  • Communicate status updates and document all work thoroughly

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 2+ years of related IT support / desktop administration experience

  • Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, and end-user computing devices

  • Knowledge of device lifecycle management and inventory tracking

  • Familiarity with change management processes (updates, modifications, deployments)

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (intermediate level)

  • Ability to follow IT policies, standards, and security procedures

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to document technical procedures, issues, and resolutions • Experience contributing to process improvement using Lean concepts or metrics

  • Exposure to root cause analysis and corrective action processes

  • Experience in cybersecurity best practices and vulnerability identification

  • Experience working in structured enterprise IT environments with global standards

  • Ability to present to small groups or stakeholders
