Job Description
Manage business performance and profitability of assigned Key Global Accounts, with focuses on business development, strategic proposal leadership, long-term growth planning and direct customer engagement. Partner with Global Pricing and Finance teams to influence strategic pricing governance, margin optimization and reporting frameworks. Ensure alignment between customer strategies and internal financial objectives through executive level collaboration. Provide strategic business development across multiple segments and regions. Responsible for project leadership for individual accounts, including direct customer interaction to drive transformation and align strategic priorities, and cross-regional governance involving account planning, financial alignment, and performance management. Hybrid work schedule available.
Base annual salary: $163,649.72. The salary or hourly wage provided reflects the expected pay for a successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in the Flavors/Taste industry. All qualifying experience must include: demonstrated ability to influence regional and global interdependencies related to internal business operations, pricing strategies, and supply chain dynamics; managing business vitality for Key Accounts by creating comprehensive account dashboards; expert interpretation of vitality data to provide strategic direction to Sales and Leadership teams; global/international experience spanning at least two regions; demonstrated expertise in commercial operations roles including internal sales, pricing office, marketing, and customer care, with a focus on supporting local, regional, and global accounts; and, demonstrated knowledge of flavor technologies and processes, and their implications in cost models and profitability.
