As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Ejecutar el día a día del growth y marketing de las marcas de Originals. A diferencia del marketing tradicional de Rappi (puramente online), aquí también hay que hacer offline: llenar restaurantes, activar puntos de venta y construir las marcas en el mercado mexicano.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de crecimiento de las marcas, online y offline.

  • Gestionar agencias: coordinar campañas, grabaciones, eventos y activaciones (aperturas de restaurantes, etc.).

  • Relaciones públicas (PR) y activación local de las marcas.

  • Ejecutar estrategias de marketing offline: llevar gente a los restaurantes/puntos de venta, llenar las filas y mover las marcas en el mercado.

  • Administrar los fondos de marketing de master franquicias: ejecución, seguimiento y reporting del gasto.

  • Coordinar con Trade Marketing de Rappi y respetar lineamientos.

  • Soporte táctico-operativo: artes, órdenes de compra, facturas y coordinación con aliados cuando se requiera.

  • Basado(a) en México (indispensable): conocimiento profundo del mercado local; no es viable hacer este marketing sin vivir aquí y conocer las marcas y el contexto.

  • Mezcla de marketing/growth analyst con perfil de PR, creatividad y fuerte capacidad de ejecución táctica.

  • Perfil joven con alto potencial y ganas de crecer; valoramos candidatos del mundo publicitario / agencias (Ad World) con talento creativo.

  • Habilidades analíticas para gestionar marcas, fondos de marketing y reporting.

  • Capacidad de gestionar múltiples activaciones simultáneas (p. ej. varias aperturas el mismo día).
