MIG Welders

We are looking for skilled MIG Welders to join a manufacturing team in Lexington, TN. This role focuses on MIG welding, fitting, grinding, and producing high‑quality parts based on prints and specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various metals

• Fit, align, and weld parts using engineering drawings

• Grind and finish parts to meet quality standards

• Use measuring tools and quality instruments

• Occasionally perform TIG or stick welding

• Work with other departments to maintain smooth production flow

• Keep work area clean and safe

Required Skills

• Strong MIG welding experience

• Ability to read prints and weld symbols

• Able to pass a welding test

• Welding experience

• High school diploma or GED

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
