Accountant (Florham Park, NJ) Process financial transactions using the ERP system (SAP) to ensure accurate & updated financial recs & vendor payments promptly, incl. elec. fees & check runs, & solve vendor invoice discrepancies; Prep. accts payable, reimbursement, & credit card transactions for employee travel & other expenses; Asst in budget anlysis by reconciling actual spending w/ contract terms & budget items & maintaining & updating the contract master list; Review external vendor contracts & consultant agreements from a financial perspective & prep. share-based awards agreements & review financial perf. milestones; Supp. mnthly, quart., & yr-end close by entering all expenses incurred & running prepayment amortization; Conduct share-based compensation calc. sheet & prep. rel. accting memos & lease accting wrk papers & rel. accting memos; Supp. the quart. reviews & an ann. audits by producing financial footnotes & disclosures; Coord. w/ lawyers to ensure the co. complies w/ SEC rules; Coord. w/ registered agents to ensure the co. complies w/ the accting rules of Hong Kong, the Cayman Islands, & the British Virgin Islands. $97406.00/yr.
