Job Description
A large home healthcare company is seeking a Security Project Manager to support the Cybersecurity department and initiatives across key domains, including Identity & Access Management, Threat Management, SOC Operations, Data Security, and Endpoint Security. This individual will manage anywhere from 3-5+ concurrent cybersecurity projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring they remain organized, aligned, and moving forward. The Project Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining project plans and charters, tracking dependencies, maintaining RAID logs, proactively communicating risks and timelines, facilitating communication across teams, and driving projects through completion. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with a strong emphasis on coordination, documentation, communication, presentations, and overall project organization. The role may also include supporting project financials, creating and managing budgets, developing Statements of Work (SOWs), and maintaining policy documentation.
Compensation:
$50/hr to $55/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Project Management experience - with recent experience managing cyber security projects
Experience managing 3-5 projects at a time
Extensive experience with MS project, Excel and Jira for project documentation and tracking
Experience conducting executive level presentations Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience managing/ and creating financial budgets and forecasting
Experience with ServiceNow to manage service tickets and perform risk management activities
