Full job description

Who We Are: We build the intelligence that lets robots sense, reason, and act in the real world—moving beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that traditional systems can’t solve. We are on a mission to redefine how physical work gets done, and we’re looking for curious, bold thinkers to help shape the future of robotics with us.

Overview: We’re looking for motivated students and engineers eager to put their university knowledge into practice—bridging the gap between academic theory and hands-on, solution-driven work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robotic cells

  • Build prototypes and test rigs for robotic peripherals (e.g., innovative vacuum grippers)

  • Plan and run experimental trials

  • Contribute to project planning and execution

Qualifications:

Must have:

  • Excellent CAD skills, demonstrated through portfolio projects you can present

  • OR Outstanding academic record—minimum GPA of 1.7 or better on the German scale—in an engineering program at a reputable university

  • Strong analytical thinking

  • Solid grasp of technical interrelationships

  • Familiarity with machine design and control engineering
