Professional Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

  • 1-2 years of experience leading and developing technical teams.

  • Proven experience working in high-volume manufacturing facilities.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance strategies.

  • Experience using CMMS systems (SVISION preferred or equivalent) for work order management and spare parts inventory control.

  • Advanced ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.

  • Troubleshooting and diagnostics of PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and automated systems.

  • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S methodologies.

  • Experience tracking and reporting maintenance KPIs, including OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.

  • Experience supporting new product introductions, model changes, and production line launches.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop and mentor maintenance technicians.

  • Proven ability to make sound decisions and respond effectively in critical equipment downtime situations.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to cross-functional teams and leadership.

  • Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.

Additional Requirements

  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to understand technical manuals, communicate with international suppliers, and participate in technical training.

  • Flexibility to work different shifts and support production line startups as needed.

  • Availability to travel.

  • Valid passport and visa.
