Professional Experience

3-5 years of experience in Maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
1-2 years of experience leading and developing technical teams.
Proven experience working in high-volume manufacturing facilities.

Technical Competencies

Strong knowledge of Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance strategies.
Experience using CMMS systems (SVISION preferred or equivalent) for work order management and spare parts inventory control.
Advanced ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
Troubleshooting and diagnostics of PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and automated systems.
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S methodologies.
Experience tracking and reporting maintenance KPIs, including OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
Experience supporting new product introductions, model changes, and production line launches.

Leadership & Soft Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop and mentor maintenance technicians.
Proven ability to make sound decisions and respond effectively in critical equipment downtime situations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.

Additional Requirements

Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to understand technical manuals, communicate with international suppliers, and participate in technical training.
Flexibility to work different shifts and support production line startups as needed.
Availability to travel.
Valid passport and visa.
