Job Purpose and Impact
- The Senior Analyst, Risk Management Group Trade Product Control supports the Food Americas business, with a primary focus on Protein North America, by ensuring accurate and transparent position, profit and loss (P&L) and compliance reporting for financial and physical commodity trading activities. This role operates in a fast-paced production environment and plays a key part in strengthening reporting integrity, risk governance and process standardization. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical problem solving-skills, resilience in ambiguity and a proactive, action-oriented mindset. The position collaborates closely with Trading, Market Risk, Finance, FX stakeholders and IT and Project teams to enhance reporting processes and support ongoing transformation initiatives.
Key Accountabilities

POSITION & PROFIT AND LOSS REPORTING: Lead validation and reconciliation of complex commodity positions and P&L. Identify and resolve discrepancies, limit breaches and reporting issues. Deliver accurate and timely reporting aligned with business, regulatory and audit requirements. Ensure transparency of FX impacts in partnership with stakeholders.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & STANDARDIZATION: Drive reporting optimization, automation and process simplification. Identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions. Support the development and implementation of standardized TPC practices.

BUSINESS & TECHNOLOGY PARTNERSHIP: Provide risk and control guidance on new products, trade flows and system changes. Partner with IT and Project teams on system enhancements and modernization efforts. Translate complex trading and financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders. Proactively engage key stakeholders to anticipate emerging risks, align priorities and drive effective resolution of complex reporting challenges.

CAPABILITY & RISK MINDSET: Indirectly coach and mentor Food Americas TPC team members to strengthen structured problem solving, critical thinking, business acumen and risk discipline. Promote a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.

Strong understanding of commodity trading mechanics and profit & loss drivers

Experience communicating with various stakeholders
Preferred Requirements

Experience with reporting or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Advanced analytical problem-solving skills

SAP/ERP/IT migration experience
