JOB OVERVIEW:

The Agent Operations Intern will support the Team Lead and wider team in the day-to-day operations of the Agent/Channel Management business unit. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in agent onboarding, reactivation, and channel programs, while learning about compliance and process optimisation in a global education business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Support the Team Lead and team in day-to-day operations within the Agent/Channel Management unit.

  • Assist with processes for new agent onboarding and agent reactivation, under guidance from the team.

  • Help support the execution of channel programs, including the Partner Program and Agent Registration.

  • Help ensure compliance with internal and external policies, and flag opportunities for process improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, building exposure to different parts of the business

Geographical Scope: This role can be based in Singapore, Malaysia or Noida, India.

ABOUT YOU

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A keen, analytical mindset and interest in data-driven decision making

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Interest in B2B sales, channel operations, or business operations more broadly

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is a plus, but not essential
