About the role:

This role supports study abroad aspirants by providing financial counselling, assessing loan eligibility, and connecting them with suitable lenders. Responsibilities include managing documentation, negotiating loan terms, and maintaining regular communication with students and lenders. The role also involves meeting specific targets for loan processing and approvals.

The charter for this role will include:

Helping study abroad aspirants by proving financial counselling for best suitable loan, BA, CC & Insurance

Providing information about education loan and assessing their profile according to eligibility criteria of different lenders

Connecting students with suitable lenders

Collecting required documents from students for Login of file with suggested lenders

Coordinate with Lenders for updates regarding Loan approval and provide timely updates to students

Negotiation with lenders for Loan amount enhancement, PF and ROI reduction to get best deal for the student

To Keep in constant contact with students and lenders through the process

Achieve the decided daily, weekly & monthly targets

Ideal Persona:

Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.

Should have 1- 4 years of experience as a Loan Advisor, Edtech Sales, counselling

Should be confident to handle student queries and provide timely and efficient solutions.

Candidate should have good presentation, client-facing, and counselling skills with a pleasing and convincing personality.

Perquisite for this role will include:

Working Time - 10am till 7pm

Work Days - Monday to Saturday; Sundays are off
