About the Role: Join ComForCare Home Health Care - Boulder as a Registered Nurse (PRN) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate and skilled nurses who are dedicated to providing exceptional care in a home setting.
Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.

Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as necessary. Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.

Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
