Position Description : This is a full-time remote role for an Senior Estimator. will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing budgets, and controlling costs for outdoor services businesses. The Estimator will analyse data and prepare detailed estimates for projects and liaise. Roles & Responsibilities · You will be responsible for Research and will review construction and design documents and analyses specifications to create best possibly take off estimates · Will be responsible for per detailed scopes of estimation work and related proposal components · Will review the final estimates and blueprints diligently with a tolerance of zero error & Manages · and reviews multiple projects at once and Reviews project plans and specifications and coordinates with the team to confirm complete scope Prepares quantity take-offs and estimates costs of materials Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Civil Engineering)
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in the US construction quantity estimating industry.
- Good experience on all construction divisions
- Hands-on expertise with estimating tools such as Planswift, Buebeam, and OST, as well as the ability to swiftly adapt to new software
