Cashier/Sales Floor Associate (Part-time)

Join us in making a positive impact at Goodwill! We're hiring part-time Cashier/Sales Floor Associates who are passionate about customer service, teamwork, and helping others. This shift will support our closing team, so you must be available until 8:30 pm.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional customer and donor service at every interaction

Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records

Stock, rotate, and merchandise sales floor inventory

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Assist with training new team members

Follow all agency policies, safety, and security procedures

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills

Basic math skills and comfort handling cash

Prior retail experience preferred, but not required

Ability to identify quality, color tones, and merchandise categories

Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills are a plus
