Full job description

Firematic Supply Co. is a family-owned business proudly serving those who protect us all for over 50 years. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Heavy Duty Firematic team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments

  • Match packing slips to purchase orders

  • Handle returns (RTVs, warranty parts, customer returns)

  • Label, stock, and transfer inventory between locations

  • Maintain accurate records and perform inventory counts

  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

  • Assist in the truck shop and extinguisher shop as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Computer proficiency required

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform general warehouse duties

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Forklift experience and knowledge of firefighting equipment a plus
