Full job description

Compounder Position, Start ASAP!

$22/hr - $26/hr, weekly pay

Description:

  • Prepare and compound pharmaceutical formulations according to approved batch manufacturing records.

  • Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials using calibrated equipment.

  • Verify material identity, batch numbers, and expiration dates before use to ensure traceability and compliance.

  • Operate and monitor compounding equipment such as mixers, blenders, homogenizers, and mixing vessels.

  • Perform strenuous activities as needed and safely lift materials and equipment up to 70 lbs.

  • Complete production documentation, batch records, and logbooks accurately and in a timely manner using basic computer systems.

  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.

  • Perform equipment cleaning, sanitization, and line clearance activities to support product quality and prevent cross-contamination.

Pay & Shift:

  • 1st shift Monday-Friday: 9am-5:30pm.

  • 1st shift 10am-6:30pm. Some Saturday OT.

  • Pay is based on experience $22/hr-$26/hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Prospect, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
