Stockroom Inventory Coordinator - Keep Production Moving on the Maine Coast!
Pay Rate: $23/hr
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
Ready to join a client that values teamwork, reliability, and operational excellence? We are hiring a Stockroom Inventory Coordinator in Rockland. This opportunity offers $23/hr and is a Temp-to-Hire position with long-term potential.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys independent work while collaborating across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment . You'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production needs, and keeping materials flowing efficiently. Plus, you'll enjoy working in a beautiful coastal community while building valuable manufacturing and inventory management experience.
Typical daily duties:

Manage stockroom inventory and maintain inventory accuracy

Perform cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation

Assist with order kitting, material flow through MMIS, and BOM documentation
What we're looking for:

Experience with SAP, inventory management, and materials management information systems (MMIS)

Prior forklift and manufacturing experience

High school diploma or equivalent, professional communication skills, and strong attention to detail
