Job Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and updating and monitoring daily/weekly production schedules.

Help identify shortages or overages of materials and recommend actions.

Collect and analyze production data.
-
Prepare reports and dashboards for planning and performance tracking.

Enter and maintain data in ERP systems.
-
Support data accuracy for materials, BOMs, and routing.
-
Work with production, kanban technician, procurement, and logistics teams to align plans.
-
Participate in daily production meetings and planning reviews.
-
Identify inefficiencies in planning or scheduling processes.
-
Support lean manufacturing or Six Sigma projects.
-
Help document standard operating procedures related to planning.

Maintain planning-related documentation and training materials.
-
Attend training sessions on planning tools, systems, and methodologies.
Qualifications:
-
Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)
-
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
