Job Duties

Prudential Healthcare Staffing, LLP. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC) for travel assignments. This role involves providing compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in healthcare centers. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.

  • Monitor residents’ vital signs, conditions, and overall well-being.

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create care plans.

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including mobility and hygiene.

  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

  • Ensure proper documentation of medical records and care plans.

  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory protocols.

Provides other duties as requested by the facility.

Qualifications

  • Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a long-term care in the healthcare setting.

  • Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred.

  • Skills: Strong patient care, wound care, and medication administration.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift patients, work extended shifts, and provide hands-on care.

  • Travel Readiness: Open to temporary travel assignments.

40 hour per week. Candidate needs to be flexible to scheduling – 8 hr & 12 shifts may need to work every weekend to accrue 40 hrs.
