Job Duties

Collaborate with Staff: Work alongside Direct Support Professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service recipients.

Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the assigned group home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.

Program Development: Assist in the creation and evaluation of programs and activities that enhance the living experience of our service recipients.

Training and Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to Direct Support Professionals, including training and professional development opportunities.

Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, complying with all regulatory standards and requirements.

Minimum Education Required

Must have a high school diploma or GED

Minimum Experience Required

Preferred: Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a related field. Supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
