Full job description
We're looking for a Supply Growth Lead to build and run the engine that expands Qogita's supplier base. Our marketplace only works when the right suppliers - with the right brands, at the right prices—are on the platform, and this role owns that outcome end to end.
You'll take ownership of the full Supply Growth function: Lead Generation and Procurement (SDRs and Account Executives). You'll set the strategy for how we map, target, and acquire high-value wholesalers and distributors around the world, translate that strategy into team priorities and quotas, and build the systems, processes, and forums that let the team execute at pace and at scale. You'll be measured on the GMV and supply quality your function unlocks.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You'll coach a team of commercial people to be excellent, but you'll also be close enough to the numbers, the pipeline, and the market to know exactly which levers to pull. The person who succeeds in this role will also bring a strong point of view on how to reimagine a supplier acquisition function in the AI age.
- Own the strategy: Define and oversee how we map the European wholesale supplier landscape and identify the suppliers that align with Qogita's acquisition strategy and buyer demand
- Own the numbers: Own the pipeline and forecast, report on performance, and directly own the function's most important initiatives to ensure delivery against company growth goals.
- Build the function: Put in place the right systems, processes, and forums for the team to operate - optimizing for efficacy, simplicity, and scalability. Set the team's compensation and incentive plans.
- Lead into the AI age: Enable the team with AI agents, automation, and a lead-scoring model to automate supply growth processes and step-change productivity.
- Lead and coach the team: Manage, develop, and grow a team of SDRs and Account Executives; run a rigorous performance and coaching cadence; and ensure the team is properly staffed.
- 7+ years of commercial and strategic experience, including a track record of building and scaling a B2B growth, sales, or supply/partnerships function.
- A proven people leader and coach. You've hired, developed, and retained high-performing salespeople, and you raise the bar of everyone around you.
- You have sold a marketplace or platform to businesses and understand the mechanics of a two-sided, transactional marketplace.
- You've operated across the full spectrum from mid-market to Enterprise, and can flex your commercial approach from high-volume transactional acquisition to complex, multi-stakeholder Enterprise deals.
- Deeply analytical and technically strong. You are comfortable in the data, can build and interrogate a model, size a market, and make decisions from first principles rather than gut feel. You set targets that are grounded in unit economics.
- You have a clear vision for leading a commercial function into the AI age—using AI agents, automation, and lead-scoring/enrichment to make the team dramatically more productive.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias for execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other European languages are a plus.
