Job Summary:

Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow.Communicate with stakeholders regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.Process work requests and work orders in MaintainX.Follow-through on workorders and parts status.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $25/hr - $35/hr

  • Employment Type: Year Round

  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs stakeholder asset coordinator functions

  • Creates and assigns workorders

  • Provides information and assistance related to department services, activities, procedures, forms, or other tasks

  • Responds to questions, challenges, and requests

  • Provides information regarding service times and updates

  • Logistical problem solving and research

  • Strong computer and communication skills.

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High School, College preferred

  • Automotive background helpful

  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred:

  • MaintainX, Windows, Outlook, Teams, Office and other programs as needed.

  • English

The expected pay range is $25/hr - $35/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
