Full job description
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus
The Rapid Response team is located on the 2nd floor of Parkview Randallia. The team works closely with the ICU and responds to all active responses in all units at Parkview Randallia. They also do deterioration index monitoring and stoke assessments. When not responding to rapid responses, the team members may be assisting with shifts in the ICU, rounding different units at Randallia and providing nurses with consultation and education.

Qualifications:
Requires a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required. CPR certification.
Additional certifications may be required for specified areas.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds. (Lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments.) Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
