Job Title: Electrical Pre Assembler

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Type: Contract To Hire

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite

Hours: 40.0 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install electrical wiring, cabling, and components based on schematics and technical documentation

  • Wire electrical panels and connectors with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strip, crimp, and terminate small and large gauge wires and cables

  • Operate electrical hand tools safely and effectively

  • Interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints for proper installation

  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company quality standards

  • Maintain clean and organized workstations

  • Report defects and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, electrical drawings, and technical prints

  • Comfortable using various electrical hand tools

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
