Full job description

Install/Construction Technician. Pay: $24/hr and per diem.

Traveling Role | Per Diem & Hotel Provided | Overtime Available

Join a team that builds and remodels convenience stores across Northern Ohio, Western PA, Southern Michigan, and West Virginia. As an Install/Construction Technician, you'll travel to job sites installing cooler boxes, ductwork, refrigeration equipment, shelving, cabinets, countertops, kitchen hoods, and other fixtures needed to bring stores online.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to regional job sites for store construction and remodel projects

  • Install cooler boxes, ductwork, shelving, cabinets, countertops, and store fixtures

  • Set up refrigeration units, soda machines, and food service equipment

  • Hang kitchen hoods and complete finish carpentry tasks

  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

  • Follow project plans, schedules, and safety guidelines

  • Work independently and as part of a team

  • Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of construction, installation, maintenance, or carpentry experience

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand/power tools

  • Experience with ductwork, sheet metal, cabinetry, shelving, or general construction preferred

  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

  • Must live within approximately 1 hour of Youngstown, OH

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Maumee, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
