J OB DEFINITION: The Team Leader of the Alternatives to Incarceration and Re-Entry Services and Interventions provides administrative, clinical and operational oversight to the team. The Team Leader provides supervision to the staff, conducts team meetings, manages relationships with the referral sources and promotes model fidelity.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Licensed Clinical/Masters Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Creative Arts Therapist

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years post licensure experience working with individuals who have mental health, or co-occurring mental health and substance use

  • At least 1 year of supervisory

  • Ability to make data- driven

  • Ability to coordinate Excellent organizational and time management skills required.

  • Working knowledge of computer software and electronic health record

  • Demonstrated competency in written, verbal and computational skills to present and document records in accordance with program standards.

  • Exceptional public speaking and presentation

  • Demonstrated competency in development and implementation of the interdisciplinary planning process.

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and team collaboration

  • Crisis intervention and emergency problem solving competency and

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide supervision to all staff

  • Complete assessments within the community

  • Conduct weekly team meetings

  • Manages referral sources

  • Ensures fidelity

  • Reviews entire caseloads

  • Oversees and manages staff productivity and staff wellness

  • Monitors quality of documentation

  • Assists in covering caseloads when needed

  • Complete all required training and monitors staffs compliance with training

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of service delivery to ensure quality of care and compliance with all agency and governmental policies and standards.

  • Participate in recruitment, hiring, training and ongoing evaluation of staff under supervision from the Senior Director.

  • Create, maintain and review staff schedules as needed

  • Participate in data informed, outcome driven, planning and execution of new program

  • Support the use of data in clinical supervision to inform decision-making

  • Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goals

  • Ability to cultivate a culture of inclusion for all employees that respects their individual strengths, views and experiences. A Culture that makes better decisions, drives innovation, and delivers better business results.

  • Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by following established safety guidelines.
