Our client, a leading organization in the food production industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting receiving, shipping, and storage functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Newburyport, MA
Pay Range: 18.11 per hour
Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
What's the Job?

Follow company Food Safety Plan to ensure all inbound and outbound materials meet safety standards
-
Receive inbound materials, verify condition, proper temperature, and accurate labeling, especially for allergen-containing products
-
Properly document inbound products, match with purchase orders, and process paperwork promptly
-
Prepare outbound carrier trucks, ensuring correct temperature settings and proper pallet condition
-
Store products correctly, segregate allergens, and ensure proper rotation using FIFO method
What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of relevant warehouse experience
-
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and tools
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow safety and food safety protocols diligently

Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
