As a Stress-Free Auto Care technician, you’ll:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems

• Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team

• Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high-quality service

• Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement

We provide the tools, resources, and environment you need to succeed—so you can focus on doing what you do best.

Pay/Years of experience breakdown:

• A Level: 7-10+ years of experience

• Up to $65 an hour

• B Level: 2-7 years of experience

• Up to $50 an hour

• Tire Tech/C Level: 6 months-2 years of experience

• Up to $32 an hour

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach throughout the workday.

• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull more than 50 pounds.

• Ability to safely work on vehicles using automotive lifts and in confined spaces.

• Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and computers.

• Ability to operate vehicles, including those equipped with manual transmissions.

• Ability to maintain a productive work pace in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions typical of an automotive repair facility.

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
