Position Summary: We're looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to lead solution design and technical sales across enterprise security engagements. You'll translate complex customer requirements into scalable security architectures, working closely with sales, OEMs, and delivery teams to drive deal success and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is hands-on, business-savvy, and comfortable engaging both engineers and executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer security challenges
- Design and present solutions across SIEM, SOAR, XDR, NDR, SSE, NAC, WAF, and SOC services
- Run demos, workshops, and PoCs to validate solutions and progress deals
- Build SOWs, HLDs/LLDs, proposals, and solution documentation
- Support SOC/managed security pre-sales — use-case design, onboarding, SLAs
- Partner with sales, OEMs, and delivery teams to align solutions with business goals
- Lead RFP/RFI responses and competitive positioning
- Advise customers on best practices and security transformation strategy Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, Networking, or related field
- 4 and above years in cybersecurity pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting
- Hands-on expertise across SIEM, SOAR, XDR, NDR, NAC, WAF, SSE, and managed security services
- Solid networking fundamentals — routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN
- Proven track record designing architectures, running PoCs, and leading workshops
- Experience owning RFP/RFI responses and the end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and business audiences Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CEH, Security+, CySA+, or OEM certs (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Splunk, Elastic)
- Experience with MSSPs, security consulting firms, or OEM pre-sales teams
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or PCI-DSS
- SOC architecture or detection use-case design experience
- CXO-level stakeholder experience
- Experience mentoring junior pre-sales talent
