The Role
Supervises production shifts, monitoring attendance, performance evaluation of operators, packers, and line coordinators. Ability to evaluate and implement production schedules.
What You’ll Do

Supervise a team of Operators, Packers, Line Coordinators, Production Clerks and Janitors.

Works closely with other departments regarding production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolves problems.

Meets production financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.

Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment and employees.

Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal (OSHA) codes and regulations.
